To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one (1) year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience conducting searches for information and reconstructing records for supply transactions; conducting physical inventories; conducting research of catalog databases to locate substitutions and new products; completing supply requisitions; and preparing reports and compiling statistics. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level in the federal service (GG/GS-08).

- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
- In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state driver's license.
- Must be able to lift 70 pounds. Duties may include significant periods of standing, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling carts of supplies or equipment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain access to National Security Agency (NSA) facilities and networks.
- Temporary duty (TDY) travel will be required 10% or less of the time.
- This position requires a typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) based on a 5 minute sample with 3 or fewer errors.
- This position is considered Non-Combat Essential (NCE) in support of the Army’s mobilization and wartime mission during periods of increased tension and mobilization and could be assigned to any location worldwide.
