About the Role
- Operate computer-controlled manufacturing equipment, including the Mogul machine, to produce starch gelatin products.
- Maintain production schedules, adjust equipment parameters, and lead machine setup and changeovers to ensure efficient operations.
- Identify and resolve issues during setup and changeover, observe product characteristics, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Record daily production data, including mogul performance, equipment downtime, and product quality.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in operating related manufacturing equipment in food manufacturing (strongly preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic mathematical skills and understanding of equipment capabilities.
- Able to pass certification test on pallet jack and fork lift.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
