Key Responsibilities
Deliver strong project leadership thru the project initiation, planning, implementation, and closeout phases. Develop project scopes, estimates, schedules, and AR budget documentation. Develop and deliver clear and concise project presentations to leadership. Exercise sound judgment, solid engineering principles, and utilize structured problem-solving techniques to solve technically complex problems within facility equipment, systems, and quality areas for WPS. Lead, coach, and help develop and train others. Ability to multitask, lead multiple projects, and actively work in project teams in various roles and capacities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or equivalent is required. 8 years of engineering & professional work experience are necessary. Excellent project leadership, presentation, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint are required. Project estimating, cost control, and scheduling experience are also necessary.
