- Explaining Policies: Clearly present policy terms, benefits, and coverage details to guide clients toward confident decision-making.
- Meeting Sales Goals: Leverage your expertise and proactive attitude to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Maintaining Compliance: Stay informed about federal and state regulations to ensure all actions meet industry standards.
- Adapting to Market Trends: Continuously develop your skills and stay updated on new insurance products and market shifts.
Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License (Required – No Exceptions)
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience (Preferred) in health insurance sales
- Proficiency in Lead Management & Customer Engagement
- Tech-Savvy Approach to Virtual Sales & Remote Work Environments
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
