We are seeking experienced, self-motivated agents to help individuals and families secure affordable, high-quality health coverage through National Health Marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with Clients: Build relationships and communicate with potential clients to understand their unique health insurance needs.
  • Recommending Solutions: Use your in-depth knowledge to match clients with affordable and suitable health insurance plans.
  • Explaining Policies: Clearly present policy terms, benefits, and coverage details to guide clients toward confident decision-making.
  • Meeting Sales Goals: Leverage your expertise and proactive attitude to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Maintaining Compliance: Stay informed about federal and state regulations to ensure all actions meet industry standards.
  • Adapting to Market Trends: Continuously develop your skills and stay updated on new insurance products and market shifts.

Qualifications

  • Active Health Insurance License (Required – No Exceptions)
  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience (Preferred) in health insurance sales
  • Proficiency in Lead Management & Customer Engagement
  • Tech-Savvy Approach to Virtual Sales & Remote Work Environments
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
