National HealthCare Corporation(NHC), a Senior Services company, is searching for a registered dietitian to fill a Regional Dietitian role in the NC/SC area, the White Oak Region. This Regional role would be the lead RDN in all aspects of Food & Nutrition Services for the White Oak Region.

• Some responsibilities include overseeing customer satisfaction, food quality, employee development and staffing, and budgetary responsibility.
• The White Oak Region has 15 healthcare locations (6 NC/9 SC) and 3 independent centers.

This role will collaborate with the White Oak interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to meet NHC’s mission to be the senior care leader in customer, partner, and investor satisfaction.  Additionally, this Regional RD role will be part of a group of NHC Regional RDNs from other regions who support one another and work together to formulate nutritional protocols used throughout NHC.
