We are hiring a Full-time RN Supervisor- Overnight Shift Superviso 6:45 pm - 7:15 am
White Oak of Tryon is seeking motivated RN to fill our Full-time RN Supervisor position. The RN Supervisor assess resident care needs and implements appropriate action. Implements nursing polices and procedures. Supervises the quality of nursing care provided to patients/residents for our 88-bed skilled, therapy, and assisted living nursing facility.

We enjoy excellent staffing ratios and a strong team of exceptional RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, as well as a team of corporate nursing consultants dedicated to ensuring your success. Our nurse managers excel in their roles and provide consistent and valuable support for the RN Supervisor.
The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with a strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians, and vendors. The Weekend RN Supervisor desires to build on the employee engagement and excels in being part of the weekend/weekday team to encourage collaborative team work.
Qualifications include a current RN license, excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in long-term care and/or supervisory experience is required.
