Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in assigned areas, ensuring a comfortable and sanitary environment for guests, residents and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep a clean, safe and sanitary environment including but not limited to hallways, lobbies, restrooms, outdoor space, parking lots etc.
• Clean, dust, disinfect, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Mop, sweep, disinfect, vacuum carpets and floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms in common areas.
• Provide immediate cleaning services when needed, such as after spills or incident
• Adhere to all health & safety regulations and policies
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate personnel.
• May be required to assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor

Position Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Work Environment

• May involve standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
• Work in hotels, hospitals, offices, or residential settings.
• May require weekend and holiday availability.

Pay: $21-25 per hour
