Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in assigned areas, ensuring a comfortable and sanitary environment for guests, residents and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep a clean, safe and sanitary environment including but not limited to hallways, lobbies, restrooms, outdoor space, parking lots etc.
- Clean, dust, disinfect, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Mop, sweep, disinfect, vacuum carpets and floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms in common areas.
- Provide immediate cleaning services when needed, such as after spills or incident
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations and policies
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate personnel.
- May be required to assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor
Position Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Work Environment
- May involve standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
- Work in hotels, hospitals, offices, or residential settings.
- May require weekend and holiday availability.
Pay: $21-25 per hour
