In this role as an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit, ensuring the delivery of quality care and fostering a positive work environment. Your responsibilities include leading and managing a team of nurses and support staff, developing and implementing care plans, supervising daily operations, conducting regular assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being.
