Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee and coordinate nursing staff within our Evening Unit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of nurses and support staff
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Supervising daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Conducting regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being

What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid state RN nursing license
- An advanced degree or certification (preferred)
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care (preferred)
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- An interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
