POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and success of multiple high-level programs and projects within the organization. This role requires strategic leadership to align program initiatives with organizational objectives, ensuring efficiency, quality, and return on investment. The Director will manage cross-functional teams, develop program assessment protocols, and coordinate resources to achieve business goals. Additionally, this role involves risk management, stakeholder engagement, and performance evaluation to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational, financial, and strategic planning skills, dedicated to optimizing productivity and program success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

Strategic Program Management

  • Develop, implement, and oversee program strategies and objectives that align with business goals.
  • Establish program assessment protocols to track effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure programs adhere to organizational standards of quality, performance, and satisfaction.

Project Oversight & Coordination

  • Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to define scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, and budgets.
  • Oversee multiple project teams to ensure alignment with program goals and organizational priorities.
  • Identify key resource requirements for teams and external vendors to support program execution.
  • Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop and manage program budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and funding.
  • Maintain accountability for meeting business goals and financial targets related to project execution.
  • Risk & Performance Management

  • Analyze and evaluate program risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
  • Track and report program progress, delivering performance evaluations to managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and best practices for project and program management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, project managers, and department heads.
  • Guide teams through change management processes and performance evaluation methodologies.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to program and project managers.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline project execution and enhance productivity.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices, digital marketing trends, and operational improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to drive organizational growth and innovation.
  • Other job duties include, but are not limited to the following :

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

    Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program and project management.
  • Strong expertise in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational strategy.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and its impact on business strategies.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
  • Ability to manage individual contributors and supervisors, overseeing remote and on-site teams.
  • Strong business acumen to align program objectives with corporate strategy.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for program oversight and stakeholder engagement.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Operational Platforms, Cloud Systems, and Implementation Tools.
  • Proficiency in proposal writing and financial planning for large-scale programs.
