POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and manage marketing programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role focuses on B2B and channel marketing, specifically managing domestic programs. Key responsibilities include driving business growth through customer acquisition, client retention, business development, and sales support. The ideal candidate will excel in building marketing strategies, delivering impactful campaigns, and fostering collaboration across teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing programs to support objectives across channels and segments, ensuring alignment with the strategic marketing plan.
- Evaluate and measure the impact of marketing activities on leads, proposals, sales, and retention.
- Oversee the creative process for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery.
