The ideal candidate for this position will possess some silk-screening experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a screen press and working with production daily operations as well as reporting any issues with production . This position works on a team M-F 7:50AM-4:30PM. Pay will depend on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Measure and set up silk screens
- Use appropriate screen tools to ensure product quality
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks
- Maintain and repair screen equipment as needed
- Clean ink(s) off the screen(s) and break down after use
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- May be responsible for washing and prepping screens
- Review the design/work order for a job to accurately complete it
- All other production duties management deems necessary as related to this job
Skills and Qualifications
- Must know how to read a tape measure
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1 years silk-screening experience preferred, but basic knowledge acceptable
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
