Director of Client Relations
The Director of Client Relations is responsible for maintaining and improving long-term client relations with all assigned accounts while managing and growing the associated contracted sales for National HME. This opportunity requires the art of persuasion, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the demonstrated ability to act with a sense of urgency. Excellent communication and organizational skills are needed along with the ability to identify growth opportunities. This position is located in Ohio with a base salary plus commission opportunity up to $110,000 per year possible.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:
Overnight travel may be required.
Office environment: The job may require lengthy periods of sitting, standing, telephone work, and computer work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:
- Research and compile hospice data - analyzing and monitoring financial, technological, hospice program data, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
- Travels through assigned territory to call on current customers and prospective customers to build close relationships to maintain current business and solicit new business; can also be performed by phone.
- Work with leaders and team members dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of solutions are provided to meet all client needs.
- Advises and educates hospice customers on ordering equipment services, educational in-services, and regular team building activities to maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Plans and participates in advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail campaigns for area of responsibility.
- Serves as liaison between the hospice program and local NHME Operations.
- Suggest and participates in the development and production of promotional and collateral materials.
- Achieves satisfactory performance objectives with hospice relationships including but not limited to profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
- Investigate and resolve conflicts between NHME Operations and hospice organization to ensure objective fulfillment, communication, and swift responses are given for each issue or opportunity.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout hospice industry, promotional materials, and events representing NHME to the highest standard.
- Participates in traditional and e-learning programs.
- Experience with project management and providing client-focused solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple relationships simultaneously.
- Experience with negotiating and managing complex contracts.
- Demonstrated and proven track record of account management and sales growth results.
- Proficient computer skills, CRM experience, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills; ability to call, connect, and interact with C-suite customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred and 2 years of previous experience in account management, client management, or related role.

- This position is salaried and is commission eligible up to a total of base plus commission of $110,000.
