Summary:
Receptionist (Full Time)
The Receptionist is responsible for providing a professional first, and continuing, impression of the school and providing support to the Administration & Admissions departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Campus President, the Receptionist has the following job duties:
- Answer the telephones in a professional, pleasant, and efficient manner.
- Assist with maintenance of the admissions database.
- Prepare the Start List for each new start (Form ADM-20).
- Check the answering machine.
- Greet all guests and prospective students in a professional manner.
- Ensure all company outgoing mail has postage.
- Collect student payments, give receipt, and place money in the locked cash box.
- Make service calls when necessary for school equipment
- Assist the Registrar with Attendance data entry into the computer when required.
- Print and prepare for mailing New Lead Letters (TRANSCRIPT Activity 012).
- Maintain vending machine reimbursement account.
- Print and distribute advertising activity.
- Assist with diplomas and certificates.
- Participate in weekly staff and administration meetings, in-service sessions, student orientation, graduation, and other school events as required by the school.
- Other duties as required by the Campus President
