The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate accounting, a strong understanding of financial concepts, and proficiency in accounting software such as Xero.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and review financial reports, including general ledger reconciliation and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Process payroll and handle all related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents.
- Analyze financial data and provide insightful recommendations to management.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the financial health and stability of the company.
- Provide financial support and guidance to other departments and teams.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.
**Skills:**
- Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks.
- Experience with journal entries and general ledger reconciliation.
- Knowledge of accounts payable and payroll processes.
- Ability to prepare and file financial reports and tax returns.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
