National Home Healthcare, Inc. is looking for a dedicated, caring, and dependable Caregiver to join our team based in Oakdale, MN. This role involves providing personal care and assistance to individuals. We are looking for someone who is reliable, empathetic, and committed to making a difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist client with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor client’s health and report any changes to the NHH care team.
Ensure the home environment is safe and clean.
Shift:
Part-Time, Scheduled On-call, As needed.
Please note that this shift is not in a fixed location. NHH serves clients within a 20 mile radius of our office located in Oakdale, MN.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in caregiving or personal care is preferred but not required.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
Valid Driver's License.
Must pass a background check.
Strong communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
