National Home Healthcare Inc. is looking for a compassionate, professional and highly organized Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time, on-call position at our 5-bed assisted living facility in Saint Paul, MN.
The role involves client and employee-related responsibilities, including pre-admission assessments, care planning, medication reconciliation, regular client visits, and employee training.
Position Details:

Job Type: Part-time / On-call
Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible, with 8 hours per week and on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client-Related:
Preadmission assessment, including care planning, emergency planning, and medication assessments.
Determine if a client is appropriate for the facility.
Ensure completion of all paperwork and staff training before the Start of Care (SOC) date.
Regular client visits (weekly) to assess the care plan, medication, and overall client status.
Perform injections, wound care, ostomy care, and other clinical duties as needed.
Documentation audits, medication reviews, and incident reporting.
Monthly medication checks and disposal.
90-day assessments or post-hospital reviews to update care plans and medications.
Employee-Related:
New hire skills demonstrations.
Supervisory visits for clients with delegated tasks.
Medication training for staff, including various administration methods.
Delegated tasks training such as CPAP, oxygen, catheter care, and more.
Qualifications:
RN license in Minnesota.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home healthcare, or similar clinical settings.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
