Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel/resort. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Skills
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Experience in hotel, resort, or guest services preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management systems is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous in serving diverse guests
- Background in hospitality management is beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
