Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the National Hotel Jackson, a one of a kind historic destination. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality services. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues to management.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial best practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
