What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Leader/Business Partner position at National HVAC Group?
Description:
- The IT Manager/Business Partner is responsible for oversight of all Information Technology (IT) and cybersecurity facets and initiatives across National HVAC Group (National HVAC Service, Demand Mechanical, Cornerstone Mechanical, Hawks and Company, HSA Mechanical).
- You will serve as our IT expert and trusted advisor on the Executive Leadership Team.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader able to manage the day-to-day tactical work while thinking strategically and balancing cybersecurity versus business growth.
- Interpersonal skills and team leadership are essential for this role.
- Works with National HVAC Group, each business location leadership and their Managed Service Providers to optimize group’s cybersecurity
- Protecting us against malicious hacking attempts by insuring we are using the latest and most secure services and licenses without negatively impacting our growth and profitability
- Actively participates on National HVAC Group’s Executive Leadership Team including monthly virtual meetings and bi-annual off-site meetings.
- Actively participates on Service Logic IT Team including monthly virtual meetings and annual conferences.
- Visits each National HVAC Group at least annually to build and maintain relationships and learn first-hand each locations’ IT challenges.
- Supporting our Power BI dashboard development
- Supporting our current and future ERP deployment and assisting with troubleshooting as needed
