Job Duties :

Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems
Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC Systems
Experience with chiller and boiler maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs is desired but not required
Maintaining a high standard of mechanical maintenance practices
Following all safety requirements and using appropriate PPE
Keeping appropriate records and documentation

Requirements :

Valid drivers’ license

Computer literacy EPA Universal certification

Excellent customer service skills

Must be able to work independently and as a team member

Strong communication and documentation skills

Satisfactory completion of company background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report
