Essential Duties:
- Coordinate and execute projects and change management initiatives that includes all aspects of project planning and monitoring.
- Guide project teams on how to use Agile SDLC and project processes, workflows, best practices and principles to drive and deliver high quality products and services.
- Facilitate and support project events such as, but not limited to: Project meetings, stakeholders review, project retrospectives.
- Collaborate and assist with project planning sessions.
- Facilitate cause mitigation meetings as needed.
- Prioritize clear communications and ensure communication channel hygiene is high and effective between cross functional teams.
- Identify and continually measure the complexity, effort, risk and uncertainty of project scopes.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholder or management review.
- Work to bring resolution on escalated items and clear project impediments/blockers.
- Proactively build and manage positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Commitment to NISC’s Statement of Shared Values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred:
- 5 years of related experience preferred.
- Advanced level knowledge of Agile, Information System Project Management and general project management best practices and theory.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful business conclusions relevant to Project Management.
- Advanced level knowledge of business-related software applications and services.
- Superior research and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent ability to organize and prioritize.
- Excellent ability to set and manage internal and external Member/Customer expectations.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior presentation and training skills.
- Excellent telephone/email etiquette and an ability to deal effectively with Member/Customers.
- Superior ability to demonstrate initiative and accountability.

Education Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
