The Personal Lines Account Executive role is responsible for servicing our existing personal lines business along with new business quoting. Working directly with Producers on new business and existing client’s needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Please note that the duties below can change depending on the needs of the business.
- Self-motivated, with the initiative to prioritize and be self-directed.
- Handle all phone calls and emails from clients, carriers, or others.
- Develops complete client information and applications for new and renewal business under the direction of the Producer.
- Processes change requests/endorsements, binders, account summaries, policies, cancellations, and billing.
- Maintains files with proper records according to company procedures.
- Assists in the development of strong client relationships and is ready to offer white glove service.
- Ensures accuracy of account information for both new and renewal policies, endorsements, and billing.
- Submit and support in claims handling.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2 year’s proven commercial insurance experience.
- Strong understanding of various personal insurance products, including but not limited to Home, Auto, Inland Marine, Toys, Flood, and Umbrella policies.
- Ability to work in a fast place environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to provide innovative insurance solutions.
- Property and Casualty License REQUIRED.
- Ability to navigate Agency Management software and Microsoft Office Products.
- Experience using EPIC preferred.
- Customer focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
