What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry (NKBC)?
This position is primarily responsible for greeting customers and completing office duties by performing the following duties.
Primary Role and Responsibilities
Customer Support
o Greet visitors via phone or in person
o Answer or refer all inquiries to the appropriate department
o Ensure coffee is prepared and available for all customers
o Accompany customers through the showroom until a sales representative is available if needed
Office
o Assist General Manager/Sales Manager in gathering, researching, and analyzing data
o Perform routine office duties
o Backup other departments to include sales, marketing, and accounting
o Act as the point of contact between other departments to ensure continuity
o Other duties as assigned
Intellectual
o Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; works well in group problem solving situations
o Pursues training and development opportunities; strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; shares expertise with others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
