The Children's Attorneys Project at Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is seeking a full-time attorney to represent children in minor guardianship actions. The attorney will champion the rights of minors in guardianship court and ensure that their voice is heard and their rights are preserved and enforced in the action. As part of Legal Aid Center’s minor guardianship work, this attorney will be on the forefront of a new area of practice and will help shape and enforce meaningful protections for minors facing guardianship. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, intelligent, compassionate team play who possesses a passion for public service and a strong commitment to ensuring justice for vulnerable minors in our community.
