Job Description
As an Associate Attorney, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of complex personal injury cases from intake through verdict or settlement.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to your practice area.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the bar in New Jersey and New York.
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
