What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney - Business Law position at National LGBTQ+ Bar Association?
Gordon Feinblatt's Business Law Practice Group needs an experienced Business Law Attorney, preferably having spent 10 or more years advising clients on venture capital and private equity investments, private placement offerings, mergers and acquisitions; and general corporate and commercial matters; public company securities regulatory experience is a plus. Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in Maryland.
A typical day for this position is a mix of fielding questions from clients in the startup stage and forming new entities to longer term projects facilitating the sales and purchases of public and private entities, public and private equity offerings and similar transactions. This is a senior position working independently without more senior supervision but is part of a collaborative business law team and a firm available to provide support as unique or unusual client challenges are presented.
