What are the responsibilities and job description for the Immigration Paralegal position at National LGBTQ+ Bar Association?
Packman Neuwahl and Rosenberg, P.A. is seeking an Immigration Paralegal. The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of experience as an immigration paralegal in employment-based and family-based immigration. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the following forms and processes: E, F, H-1B, L, O, P, R, PERM, I-130, I-140, I-485, N-400, I-765, I-131, and consular processing of immigrant/nonimmigrant visas.
The candidate must have excellent writing skills, including a mastery of English spelling and grammar, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor degree who are fluent in Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
