An elite national firm (our client) is looking for an Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal to join their team in either DC, Boston, or Chicago.
Varied responsibilities, including, managing IP litigation filings and proceedings, preparing and e-filing documents, managing docket and litigation timelines, assisting in drafting hearing testimony, presentations, and briefing materials, conducting legal research and analysis to support IP litigation cases, and cite-checking.
Will be traveling to depositions, mediations, and trials to provide litigation support to attorneys.
Must be proficient in IP litigation filings, and have an understanding of litigation docket and deadlines.
Preferred areas of expertise: IP Litigation, ITC Section 337 Litigation, Hatch Waxman Litigation or Trade Remedies.
