We are currently seeking an experienced paralegal/legal assistant for a partner attorney with a very active litigation practice dealing with all stages of homeowners’ association law. Someone who is highly motivated with an emphasis on organization and detail would be a perfect fit for this role.

- Partner with attorney in preparing legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
- Manage and organize case files and maintain documentation in electronic and physical formats.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other professionals to schedule meetings and appointments.
- Draft and proofread contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Scheduling depositions, court hearings and other litigation events.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and maintaining calendars.
- At least 5 years of work experience as a legal assistant or paralegal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Document management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
