Litigation Paralegal (Temp-to-Perm)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to assist the in-house legal team at one of our global financial service clients on an hourly basis. The paralegal will support the teams of in-house attorneys who handle litigation, arbitration and regulatory legal matters.

This role is expected to be temp-to-perm, and it is expected to provide full-time hours. The structure of this role will require both on-site and remote work. The role will require alternating remote and onsite weeks each month.

Responsibilities

• Assist the legal teams with matter management
• Conduct necessary client and customer research
• Provide hands-on support in all phases of litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10 years of paralegal experience is required, preferably from within a global law firm or financial services corporation
• Paralegal certification a plus
• At least three years of hands-on experience with eDiscovery review tools such as Relativity
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office products, particularly Excel
• Strong track record of implementation of document tracking and data analytics
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe
