The Senior Litigation Paralegal at Pines Federal plays a pivotal role in our litigation department, acting as the operational and organizational backbone to our Director of Litigation, the attorneys. This is not just a support role — it’s a proactive mission critical position within the legal team.

Responsibilities
- Drafting, filing, and managing litigation documents and correspondence (EEOC, MSPB, FLRA, federal court)
- Tracking deadlines, hearing dates, discovery, and litigation timelines
- Proactively following up with the attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses
- Managing case files in Clio and ensuring all documentation is current
- Communicating with clients frequently and warmly (we pride ourselves on responsiveness and care)
- Preparing exhibits, disclosures, and pre-hearing filings
- Assisting with strategy meetings and making sure the attorneys have what they need before they need it
- You have 4 years of experience as a paralegal in employment law, federal litigation, or plaintiff-side practice.
- You have the confidence to talk to the busy attorneys and let them know about important deadlines and client needs.
