As a Litigation Paralegal, You Will
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout the entire litigation process.
- Draft and manage a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings and discovery requests.
- Organize and maintain detailed case files, both physically and electronically.
- Conduct thorough legal research using resources like LexisNexis.
- Coordinate all aspects of the discovery process.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of court documents.
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness management.
- Summarize key evidence for attorney review.
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in a case.
- Manage critical case deadlines and ensure compliance.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in Personal Injury.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload (60 ).
- Proficiency in LexisNexis, MS Office, and timekeeping software.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules (NC/SC licensure a plus).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
