The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal. The ideal candidate will have experience handling large-scale litigation and working with electronic discovery platforms.

- Assist with case management, including organizing and maintaining litigation files and databases.
- Draft, edit, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in state and federal courts.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
- Manage document review and production, including utilizing e-discovery platforms.
- Prepare deposition summaries, exhibits, and witness binders.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including compiling trial notebooks and coordinating logistics.
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses.
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
- Proficiency in litigation support software and electronic discovery tools.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
