We are working with a growing Lee County law firm that is seeing a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, efficientcy, and enthusiasm to a fast-paced environment and provide critical support throughout all phases of litigation.

- Assist attorneys with all phases of case preparation, including discovery, document review, and trial preparation
- Coordinate and conduct research on legal precedents and case law
- Manage case files and ensure the timely organization and maintenance of legal documents.
- Organize and electronically file pleadings
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and outside counsel as needed
- Coordinate and schedule calendars and maintain deadlines
- Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and case summaries for attorneys
- 3 years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
