Job Title: Paralegal, No Fault Claims
Summary: Working as part of the No Fault Claims Team, you work in parallel with the Claims Manager and Legal Team to investigate and research complex legal matters.

Summary: Working as part of the No Fault Claims Team, you work in parallel with the Claims Manager and Legal Team to investigate and research complex legal matters.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of no-fault insurance claims from inception to resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, document and calendar management.
- Assist in preparing cases for trial, arbitration, and/or hearings.
- Type and serve letters, motions, orders, subpoenas, discovery responses.
- Prepare exhibits, make copies of legal documents and mail for the claims department.
- Analyze work papers, reports and special projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with various court clerks and personnel.
- Review the file to make sure the discovery is complete after the Note of Issue is served.
- Draft and prepare motions, cross-motions and responses.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pre-litigation paralegal. No fault exposure preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in legal research and case management software.
