- Managing discovery, including subpoenas and obtaining medical records
- Preparing pleadings and legal forms
- Reviewing and organizing case documents
- Handling medical and employment record reviews
- At least one year of litigation experience
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with PDF software, including Nuance Power PDF, Bates-stamping, and file organization
