Seeking a Paralegal with Real Estate and/or Landlord/Tenant and/or Corporate Law experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist on responding to tenant and property related claims
- Review pleadings and discovery requests related to general liability litigation
- Prepare and track due diligence checklists/key dates for real estate transactions (purchases, sales, and refinances)
- File annual reports for entities to maintain good standing
- Maintain corporate records and track member assignments
- A Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal Certification
- At least 4 years of experience as a paralegal
- Large commercial real estate transaction experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality
