Our client is seeking a Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate is professional and ambitious with strong communication skills. We’re looking for 5 years of experience as a Paralegal and Administrative support. You’ll work closely with leadership and attorneys to prepare correspondence, memoranda, contracts, licenses, gather documentary evidence, prepare exhibits, and offer pivotal support.
This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.

- Paralegal ResponsibilitiesProvide executive administrative support.
- Works collaboratively with assigned attorneys and support staff in preparing legal documentation and/or processing transactions.
- Manage licenses, and review contracts.
- Drafts legal documents including but not limited to discovery motions, summary judgment motions, appellate briefs, affidavits, memoranda, and letters.
- Performs legal research and analysis manually and on computers; compiles, analyzes, and summarizes data.
- Manages cases and files; organizes and maintains files.
- Performs factual and technical investigation and analysis of case issues.
- Monitors legal fees, budgets, and project status.
- Provides general logistical help and supports the maintenance of legal files.
- Assists in the development and implementation of office systems and procedures as needed.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Paralegal Qualifications5 years related experience or equivalent.
- Paralegal Certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
