- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and notices
- E-filling
- Review and receipt of e-service mail and US mail
- Document management
- Scheduling, calendaring, and preparing hearing exhibits and hearing binders
- Manage deadlines timely
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
- Calendaring court deadlines
- Knowledge of Florida Rules of Procedure
- Trial preparation is a plus
