Are you an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Defense Paralegal with over five years of solid personal injury defense or civil defense litigation experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic and respected law firm in Central Florida!

What You'll Do

• Manage high volume caseloads with precision and efficiency.
• Draft discovery responses and non-party subpoenas.
• Prepare documents for production and coordinate expert/attorney conferences.
• Gather client documents and interrogatory verification pages.
• Prepare witness and exhibit lists, exhibits, and objections.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Expertise in drafting medical chronology and timelines, procuring non-party production, and understanding Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing, and personal injury claims.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook calendar management, WestLaw, and Sunbiz.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
