A highly reputable and prominent mid-sized law firm is seeking a full time Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our legal support team and meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice.
The ideal candidate will be responsible and detail oriented. S/he will also be highly skilled in anticipating the needs of the Partner to which s/he is assigned and in managing and responding to clients in a professional and timely manner. This position calls for someone who can multitask and keep cases organized.

Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
- Ability to manage complex plaintiff litigation
- Contacting and communicating with clients
- Drafting correspondence, and other litigation-related documents
- Communicating with medical offices and experts
- Assisting with trial preparation
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling depositions and other appointments
- Creating and/or maintaining meticulous records, spreadsheets, and files
- Able to review documents and present suggestions/strategies to the assigned attorney
- Other related administrative tasks, as assigned
- 3 plus years of experience in New Jersey civil litigation; personal injury a plus
- Experience with 7 figure cases through the trial phase- Including medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases
- Experience in Truck and MVA litigation and Products Liability helpful
- Fluent in MS office suite
- Highly organized
- Great analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Enthusiasm for multitasking, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
- Demonstrable strategic thinking skills, with a zest for solving problems and implementing solutions
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
