What You’ll Do
- Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements across the organization.
- Conduct complex legal research to support case strategies and regulatory compliance.
- Manage legal cases from inception to resolution, tracking deadlines and documentation.
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows for contract management and approvals.
- Assist with corporate governance, legal filings, and document preparation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Paralegal certification required).
- 5 years of experience in a paralegal role.

- Expertise in legal research, contract review, and corporate governance.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- High level of professionalism, motivation, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities.
