Fresh IP is a very unique law firm with operations in the US and Europe. Our client base is very diverse and much of it is overseas.
We are looking for a new trademark paralegal to join our US-based team. The work is remote and you can live and work anywhere in the world, but we do have a preference for someone who lives near our primary base in Richmond, Virginia.
This role is ideally suited for someone with experience working for an IP law firm and particularly with some experience as a trademark paralegal. However, we are also willing to train an exceptional candidate with no experience, but an outstanding academic background and attention to detail. The level of pay will depend on experience.
This is a full-time position, although we would also be interested in applicants who can only work part time, but at least 20 hrs/wk.
