We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Private Credit Management to join our team and lead the development and growth of the firm's private credit capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in private credit, private equity, or a similar financial services role, with extensive experience in credit analysis, financial modeling, transaction execution, and leadership.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial strategies, investments, and market trends to senior executives and external partners.
Key responsibilities will include leading a team, collaborating with senior management, internal teams, and external partners, originating and executing direct investments, working on partner-led investments, and identifying and assessing secondary credit market investment opportunities.
