Role Summary
As a Quality Specialist, you will be part of a team that seeks to identify trends in processing errors in Contracting & Licensing (C&L). Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs, executing quality control processes through reviews, data analysis, and identifying improvement areas. You will be successful with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. You may also be asked to given input on control reports and other data solutions. Additionally, you will identify skill gaps, trends and may be asked to assist with development of training plans, resources and coaching individuals towards success.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
This position is presently onsite/hybrid with the expectation of being in the office three days per week with current campus days being Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (subject to change with advance notification and manager discretion).

Role Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct review of various aspects of both agent/agency contracting records/setup (Licensing, hierarchy, portal access, etc.).
- Stay informed about team and operational changes and communicate these updates to maintain alignment with the business.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, develop efficient procedures, and recognize emerging error trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders/leadership to analyze business trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement best practices in processing.
- Measure, track, and enforce quality assurance standards to ensure alignment with industry standards, regulations, and benchmarks.
- Utilize data trends within C&L to collaborate with team members, build training plans, and coach individuals to improve quality scores.
- 1-2 years, of Life and/or Annuity industry experience, C&L preferred. Equivalent professional processing or QA experience within financial services industry also desired.
- Service focused, with a strong sense of ownership to reduce downstream impact of processing errors.
- Thorough and observant, with an eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong communication skills; demonstrates the ability to coach peers toward better performance and articulate process changes and data solutions.
- Ability to meet established deadlines; must be self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.
- Organized and driven to make an impact.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
