About the Job
We are seeking a talented Private Credit Director Position to join our team and lead the development and growth of the firm's private credit capabilities. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in private credit, private equity, or a similar financial services role, with extensive experience in credit analysis, financial modeling, transaction execution, and leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have in-depth knowledge of credit markets, capital structures, debt instruments, and transaction structures.
Key responsibilities will include leading a team, collaborating with senior management, internal teams, and external partners, originating and executing direct investments, working on partner-led investments, and identifying and assessing secondary credit market investment opportunities.
The successful candidate will also oversee and manage the performance of both direct and partner-related investments, provide strategic oversight for portfolio optimization, and ensure that investments comply with terms and are performing as expected.
