Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Territory Sales Representative to procure rental contracts and conduct sales of our material handling equipment to our existing and new customers in the Springdale, AR market area. We are a local, well established company with thousands of continuously satisfied customers whom we have accumulated and served in over 50 years. We have an immediate opening for:
- Industrial & Construction Sales - The right candidate will possess sales and rental experience with a variety of industrial and construction equipment. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our well-established base of rental and sales accounts, as well as creating new customers in your area of prime responsibility. You will be demonstrating some of the finest aerial work platforms, material handling and industrial products in the marketplace. This is an outside sales, repeat business and selling opportunity.

Job Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in a professional sales role (Recommended but not required)
- Strong computer proficiency required
- Must be able to type efficiently (no pecking)
- Comfort with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook (calendars)
- CRM System - Salesforce (Preferred)
- Ability to multi-task
- Understanding of social media outlets (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
- Exceptional written and oral communication/presentation abilities
- Elevated level of “People Skills” preferred
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Knowledge of how to manage one’s self within a high energy setting
- Demonstration of intellect, resourcefulness, drive, and sales acumen
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Pay: $38,581.56 - $158,273.68 per year
