Job Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
- Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors
- Active Maryland CNA Certification
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Physical ability to assist with client transfers
