- Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
- Previous experience in a senior living, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Proficiency in using healthcare software for documentation and patient management
